- Description: We are women, just like you, working side by side to get in shape and keep our lives in balance. We take care of others, it’s what women do, and now we are going to take care of you. Our staff is all women who will teach you how to work out and how to do it fast. We’ll babysit your kids, for free. We’ll offer you tons of classes that are too much fun, like Zumba, and relaxing and calm, like yoga. We want you here so together we can make a difference in the lives of women in Gainesville.
