Thornebrook Celebration of Spring 2006
A Celebration of Spring at Thornebrook Village will include an antiques and collectibles show with our own antiques appraiser - a real mini antiques roadshow, demonstrations from participating store owners, lunch and brunch specials and entertainment throughout the day. Come look at all the garden merchandise for sale - hand-made wooden hanging baskets, iron trellises, plants and more.

Lady G and the Alley Cats will be playing Saturday 11 - 1. They play primarily jazz and blues along with some popular music. We are the house band for Trombone Charley's Cabaret which is set to open in the Fall of 2006. The cabaret is located at 25 NE 1st Ave, High Springs, FL. Their next performance after this event will be on Saturday, May 13th at the downtown community plaza in Gainesville from 6:00pm til 10:00pm for the 1st Annual Scrap to Music charity concert. This event is presented by Trombone Charley's Cabaret and all donations raised will go to the Scrap to Music non profit organization which buys musical instruments for under privileged children. There will also be prize drawings and fun for the whole family.
Cameron Francis is a magician and actor with over ten years of professional experience. As an actor, he has appeared Off-Broadway in New York and performed in regional theatres in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Gainesville, Florida. He has also starred in several commercials. As a magician, he has performed at private parties, banquets, fund raisers, and restaurants including T.G.I. Friday's and Chili's.
Cameron will be working his way through the crowds 11 - 2 on Saturday visiting individuals rather than having a set place. Watch for him nearby!
