This year the music at the Thornebrook's much-loved art festival will be as varied as the visual arts that set the stage. Some of the area's best performers will be on hand to play music that's sure to please almost every taste.
The Sloane/Jenkins Jazz Project features the best saxophone moods around when Dave Sloane and guitarist Chris Jenkins are featured with their quartet for two shows on Saturday.
Call it Americana or "Roots Music", Boulware & Stewart will cook up some lovely sounds with great, sincere vocals and a reliable guitar twang.
You can enjoy 30's & 40's pop from Amusica with stunning vocalist Jennifer Johnson, Bill Hutchinson on guitar, John Netardus on oboe and clarinet and David Turner on cello. This group is musical and fun.
Bluesman Barry Sides offers his excellent guitar and vocal stylings in a quiet, personal show that is sure to please any blues or roots fan.
Members of the feel-good bluegrass band of Sno Rogers will add humor and harmony to the very air as they pick and grin on Sunday.
We are very proud to announce a return appearance by the Baroque virtuosos of The Alachua Consort. Violin, oboe and harpsichord unite to make timeless, elegant music.
Andre' Frattino will be in attendance to draw caricatures at a modest cost for the children.
Throughout the Festival members of The Rainbow Tiger Flying Circus will be on hand here and there to add musical notes and surprises.
An amazing display of Contact Juggling with Crystal Spheres will add light and delight to the festivities throughout the show.
